Troubleshooting

If I press the alarm button to trigger an alarm, nothing happens.
- Check whether the red LED blinks with a cycle of one second. Then your distyNotruf is not in
the coverage area of your DECT phone. Note that you must be within the range of the base
station/ max. Range: 50 m.
- Check whether distyNotruf is sufficiently charged. I can make an alarm call, but do not get a
voice connection.
