Carburettor
Dismantling
Remove the air fi lter cover and the air fi lter
as well as the return fuel hose from the
carburettor.
Remove the screws (B) and the air fi lter
holder.
Unhook the throttle cable and remove the
fuel hose (F).

Dismantling
With the help of the fuel pump's bellows
press fuel through the carburettor and fi ll
all ducts with fuel.

Dismantling
1. Remove the air fi lter cover and the air
fi lter.
2. Remove the return fuel hose (A).
3. Remove the fan housing screws
that hold the air fi lter holder in place
between the fan housing cover and the
crankcase.
4. Remove the screws (B) holding
both the air fi lter holder (C) and the
carburettor (D).
5. Lift off the air fi lter holder.
6. Remove the throttle cable (E) and
the fuel hose (F) from the carburettor.
Prise off the hose from the connecting
nipple using a screwdriver.
7. Remove the carburettor.
Dismantling the carburettor
NOTE!
Carburettor spare parts cannot be
ordered separately. In the event of
wear or other damage the whole
carburettor must be replaced.
With the help of the fuel pump's bellows
press fuel through the carburettor and fi ll
all ducts with fuel.
Any vapour bubbles that block the ducts
are pushed out.
In doing so helps to start the engine.
