Procedure

OPMERKING: Note the routing of all cables as you remove them so that
you can reroute them correctly after you replace the system board. For
information on system board connectors, see
1 Disconnect the optical-drive data cable from the system board.
2 Disconnect the hard-drive data cable from the system board.
3 Disconnect the hard-drive and optical-drive power cable from the system board.
4 Disconnect the I/O-board cable from the system board.
5 Disconnect the power-button cable from the system board.
6 Remove the four screws (#6–32 UNC 1/4'') that secure the system board to
the chassis.
