Never use aggressive detergents or solvents for
cleaning.
– Remove any adherent dirt.
– Clean engine with cloth and brush.
Cleaning/replacing the spark plug
DANGER!
Risk of injury due to high-voltage!
Do not touch the ignition cable connector
and spark plug while the motor is running.
NOTICE!
Risk of product damage!
Fit the spark plug only when motor is cold.
Replace the spark plug only with a new spark
plug of the same type (Technical data).
– Pull off the ignition cable connector (18).
– Unscrew the spark plug.
Cleaning the spark plug
– Remove rust from the electrode with a
wire brush with brass bristles.
NOTICE!
Risk of product damage!
To clean the spark plug, use only wire brushes
with brass bristles. Bristles of any other material
will damage the electrode!
Replacing the spark plug
– Insert a cleaned or new spark plug and
tighten by hand.
– Hand-tighten the screwed-in spark plug,
then use the spark plug wrench to firmly
tighten by another quarter turn, tightening
any more will damage the threads.
– Replace the ignition cable connector
firmly on the spark plug.
Checking the motor oil level (fig. 13)
– Unscrew and remove the motor oil filling
plug (12).

– Read-off the oil level on the dip stick on
the underside of the motor oil filling plug.
– The oil level must be between the two
arrows.
Check clutch for travel drive
– Engage clutch lever for travel guide (4) up
to the stop while pushing the device.
– If the wheels do not get blocked in case
of engaged clutch lever, the cable pull of
the travel guide clutch must be tightened
(Set clutch cables ).
Set clutch cables (fig. 9, fig. 10)
The clutch cables can be tensioned and
relaxed by means of the respective adjusting
screws (21, 22).
Set tyre pressure
DANGER!
Risk of injury!
Risk of explosion! Never exceed maximum tyre
inflation pressure of 1.4 bar!
Recommended tyre pressure: approx. 1 bar

• Store the product in a dry, well-ventilated
place.
Taking out of operation for a longer
period of time
Always remove fuel from the product before
storing for longer periods.
– Empty the tank.
– Start the motor and let it run until it
switches off by itself.
– Lightly oil all moving parts.
