Attaching the Grip

Ensure that the camera
power is turned off, and the
Control Lock on the BG-S4
is in the Off position.

Open the camera's battery
chamber door, and remove
the battery. Then insert the
battery pack adapter.

O p e n t h e c a m e r a ' s
connection plate cover, and
close the battery chamber
door. This will leave the
bat ter y pack adapter's
contacts exposed.
