Mechanical Adjustments - Sony BDP-CX7000ES Service Manual

When trouble is found in the table stop and the detection of the
disc, or the adjustment part is taken apart, it is necessary to do the
following adjustments over again.
1. INTRODUCTION
1-1. Adjustment item and the order
1. POP UP MECHANISM ADJUSTMENT
2. TABLE SENSOR ADJUSTMENT
3. DISC DETECT SENSOR ADJUSTMENT
4. SENSOR LEVEL ADJUSTMENT
1-2. It is necessary to do the above-mentioned 2 to 4 in
this order of 1-1.
A long screwdriver is necessary to "Table sensor adjustment".
1-3. Wiring for adjustment
The oscilloscope and the harness are prepared.
It is easy to work when the harness (wire with the connector) like
fi gure above is made. It is possible to substitute it by measuring the
waveforms of JL5021 and JL5022 by the short-circuit of JL5020
and JL5024 when there is no harness.
