e. Repeat step 3 until you have between 1 and 8 SEA cylinders ready to fill.

USE GENTLE FINGER PRESSURE ONLY
5. Open the supply valve closest to the
regulator (small black knob) until you can
achieve flow (either listen or watch the large
gauge).
NOTE: You can adjust the flow faster (there is a flow limiting device) or slower with this
same valve. The integrated flow restrictor complies with the US Navy fill rate standards of
250-500 PSI/Min.
6. When the cylinders are full to 3000 psi as
verified on the large gauge; close the supply
valve.
7. Vent the pressure from the fill hoses using
the valve (small black knob) on the right side of
the manifold beside the large gauge.
