Basic troubleshooting

If there is something wrong with this unit, please first check the following
points. As for the details of optional equipment, please refer to the operation
instructions supplied with the product. If the problem still exists, connection
may have failed or malfunction of the unit occurs. In such case, please contact
Technical Information Center or your deale
Common Troubles
No Sound
→ Volume level is low.
→ MUTE function is ON.
→ Speakers are damaged.
→ When only 2 speakers are used, the front speaker or rear speaker is set to be
complete fading.
Contents in the memory are lost.
→You've pressed RESET button.
→Battery wire or battery is disconnected.
→Power cord is not properly connected.
When operating control buttons, no "tick" tone is heard.
→"tick" tone is turned off.
→You've set "Beep" to be "ON".
No power
→Power cord is not connected properly.
→Please check all the connections. If connections are correct, please check the
fuse.
→This unit is installed in a vehicle where there is no ACC position for ignition key.
Power cannot be switched off.
→This unit is installed in a vehicle where there is no ACC position for ignition key.
→Press the OFF button and hold it for more than 2 seconds.
Stored stations and correct time are erased.
→The fuse is broken.
