Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand all features.
5.1 CALL CENTER
5.1.1 CALL LISTS

Missed call
»
You can view the last 20 missed calls. Press the left function key and
proceed as follows:
»
View: Look at the details of the telephone number.
»
Call: Call the telephone number.
»
Send SMS: Send an SMS to the phone number.
»
Send MMS: Send an MMS to the phone number
»
Store in the address book: Save the telephone number in the address
book.
»
Edit before calling: Edit the phone number before you use it for calls.
»
Delete: Delete the number.
»
Dialed numbers
»
You can see the last 20 dialed numbers. You can view them, call them,
send SMS / MMS messages, store them in the address book, edit and
delete them before calling. Like „Missed Call".

Received calls
»
You can view the last 20 received calls. You can view them, call them,
send SMS / MMS messages, store them in the address book, edit and
delete them before calling. Like „Missed Call".
5.1.2 DELETING THE CALL LIST
You can delete the lists of missed, selected, and received calls individually or all
together.
Note:
When you change the sim card, the phone numbers in the call list are automatically
deleted.

CALL WAITING

Activate: If someone calls while you have activated the" Call
waiting „function and you are talking to someone else, you can
accept the second call as well. The network sends you a signal
and shows the other call on the screen.

Disable: If you disable the "Call Waiting" feature if someone
calls while you are talking to the other party, then you cannot
accept the call.
»
Query: Used to indicate the current state of the network

CALL FORWARDING
This function allows the incoming call to be forwarded to another phone
you specify. In the call settings, you must select "Call forwarding" and
press the „OK" function key to set this function.

Forward all phone calls: This function is used for all calls.
»
Forward when no connection can be established: Routes the
incoming call when the phone is off or has no reception.
»
Forward if the call is not accepted: If the call is not answered,
it will forward the incoming call.
»
Forward when busy: Forward the incoming call, when the line
is busy.
»
Forward all data transfers: You need the support of your
network operator to forward data transfers.
»
Terminate forwarding: This function is used to deactivate the
forwarding function.
BLOCK CALLS
This function allows you to restrict your calls. To set this feature, you
must first contact the network operator to obtain a password for the
network lock. If the password is not correct, an error message is
displayed. After selecting the option, continue by selecting „On" or „Off".
After that the phone will ask you to enter the password for blocking. Then
the phone will connect to the network. Later the network will react and
inform you about the result.
DIAL LOCK
»
All Calls: When this is activated, you cannot make any calls.
»
International phone calls: If this lock is activated, you can only
make national calls.
»
International calls other than domestic calls: If this lock is
enabled while abroad, you can only conduct local calls or call
home (i.e. to the network operator of the provider country).
BLOCK INCOMING CALLS
»
All phone calls: When this lock is activated, you cannot make
any calls.
»
Roaming calls: If this lock is activated and you are using the
telephone outside your own service area, you cannot answer
calls.
»
Activate: Enter the password to activate the blocking.
»
Exit: Cancels this lock function.
