6-2. DRIVE SECTION ADJUSTMENTS
2-1. PREPARATIONS BEFORE ADJUSTMENTS (DRIVE SECTION)
2-1-1. Connection
1) Connect the apparatuses as shown below, and perform adjustment.
Note 1: Before starting the adjustment, remove the disc from the camcorder.
PC
(The SeusEX must be installed in the PC.)
OS: Windows 2000 SP4 or later/XP SP2 or later
RAM: 256MB or more recommended
USB: 2.0 recommended (also compatible with 1.1)
Three connectors are required.
Note 2: Refer to "How to Set the Optical Sensor Disc".
[Connecting method]
1) Connect the Camcorder to the PC with a USB cable, and turn
on the power switch.
2) The USB SELECT menu will appear on the LCD screen of the
Camcorder, and then select "USB CONNECT (Memory Stick)
" to establish the connection.
Note 3: Don't select "USB CONNECT (Disc) ".
