16. Before requesting A/S services
State
The clock of the black box is not
correct.
The power is not turned on.
Screen saver does not work.
GPS signal is not received.
Voice information cannot be heard. You can change the volume level in [Settings] – [Voice setting] menu.
Voice is not recorded.
Micro SD card 64 GB cannot be
formatted with the PC Viewer.
Without a GPS, you can set the clock in [Settings] – [System] – [Clock setting] menu.
Make sure it is connected to a constant power supply source.
(Black: GND/ Red: B+/ Yellow: ACC power)
You can set to use the screen saver in [Settings] – [Screen setting] menu.
Check the connection between the black box and GPS terminal.
You can set to use the voice recording in [Settings] – [Voice setting] menu.
1)To format a micro SD card 64 GB in exFAT format with Windows XP, you need to install
a patch.
2) File: WindowsXP-KB955704-x86-KOR.exe
3) You can download it from Urive home page.
4) Close all Windows Explorer windows when formatting it with the PC viewer.
