DO NOT attempt any repairs on your MoJack if there is a mower on the lift.
PROBLEM: Damaged Bronze Nut
Probable
Excessive load (maximum lifting capacity for MoJack EZ is 300 lbs.) bent Lift Screw or
cause:
damaged thread on lift screw.
Solution: Replace Bronze Nut (Carrier) #28
Tools needed: • Hammer
• Small 1/8 pin punch
• Large 5/16 pin punch
• Two 19mm wrenches or two adjustable wrenches
Steps to make the repair:
1)
Place the MoJack EZ lift on its side and position Crank Handle
#4 so that it cannot move.

2)
Using a small punch, tap all parts of the existing Roll Pin #32
out of the hole at the bottom of the Lift Screw #1.
•
DO NOT try to drill out a broken Roll Pin as it may cause
damage to the hole.
•
Remove Flat Washer #27 from Lift Screw.
3)
Unscrew the Lift Screw out of the Bronze Nut #28 in the Carrier
Assembly #30, by turning the Crank Handle counter-clockwise.
