Authority

Authorization or PIN code
If you are assigned to use an authorization code (4 digits) you can
temporarily change your telephone to the authority level connected to
this code. You can use the code for one call only or you can open the
phone for some calls and lock it when leaving the phone.
To use for a single business call after office hours
Press
Enter authorization code and press
Verification tone.
Dial the digit or digits to get an external line and the external
number
To use for private calls ANY time
Press

Enter authorization code and press
Verification tone.
To open an extension for some calls
Press
Enter authorization code and press
Verification tone.
To lock an extension
Press
Enter authorization code and press
Verification tone.
Note: You can also press AutCo (see display),
enter the code and press Enter (see display).
