WARNING
To reduce the risk of electric shock, turn power switch off and disconnect from charger
before performing maintenance or troubleshooting checks.

Possible causes
Dirty water tank is full
Dirty water tank drain plug is

Dirty water tank not properly
installed
Nozzle improperly installed
Squeegee is tilted away from
the window
Improperly attached window

Solution/clean tank is empty
Pump not primed
Batteries weak/undercharged
Spray tip clogged
Clean tank not fully inserted

Remedies
Empty dirty water tank
Check plug for snug fit
Recharge according to instructions
Snap tank into place
Remove and reinstall nozzle
Ensure the squeegee is against the window for
optimal suction
Remove and reinstall window tool
Refill solution/clean tank
While the unit is turned on, press spray trigger and
gently rock Pet Stain Eraser back and forth
Recharge according to instructions
Rinse tip with clean water
Ensure clean tank is securely seated by removing
and then replacing
Make sure charger plug is completely plugged into
wall outlet and charging cord is completely plugged
into port on back of unit
Make sure charger plug is completely plugged into
wall outlet and charging cord is completely plugged
into port on back of unit
Use only the charger that comes with the machine
Ensure formula tank is fully seated, see page 6
Ensure dirty tank plug is sealed properly,
see page 10
Empty dirty tank. Unit should not be left on its
side with water in the dirty tank, see page 10
Ensure unit is upright, see page 9
