I have an HT 2720 massage chair. The power to the chair quit working so I replaced the main fuse for the chair. After plugging in the cord and turning on the main switch on the back of the chair the massage immediately began operating. Now the chair will not turn off with the hand held control panel, I need to turn off main switch on the back. What is wrong? How do I fix this?

If the handheld control panel stops working after replacing the main fuse on a Human Touch HT-2720 massage chair, possible causes include:
1. Loose Remote Control Cable Connection – Verify that the remote control cable is securely connected to the power panel. 2. Faulty Power Panel – If the connection is secure but the remote still does not work, the power panel may need to be replaced. 3. Component Malfunction – If the remote control LED lights up but the functions do not work properly, the issue is likely with a controlled component rather than the remote itself.
Check these factors to diagnose and resolve the issue.
