Starting up the control unit/heating circuits

Shutting down the control unit/heating circuits

The initial start-up and matching of the heating circuits to local conditions
and the structural characteristics of the building must be carried out by your
heating contractor.
1. Switch on the mains voltage, e.g.
at the separate fuse or a mains
electrical isolator switch.
2. Switch on the heating system on/
off switch "8"; the operating
status is indicated by the green
lamp and, after a short time, the
basic display appears in the dis
play window (see page 6).
If you do not want to use your heating system temporarily, e.g. during your
summer holiday, switch to standby operation (see "Selecting the heating
program", page 7).
If you do not want to use the heating circuits for a long period (several
months), you should shut down the control unit.
Switch off the heating system on/off
switch "8".
Switching on and off
The control unit and, if installed,
the remote control are now ready
for operation.
The green lamp (operating status
indicator) goes out.
The settings of the control unit
remain intact.
