Enable/ Disable to generate buzzer

Abnormal Network status
Disconnect : NVR connection to network is failed
IP Conflict : IP address is duplicated in the network
MAC Conflict : Mac address is duplicated in the network
Enable/Disable alarm out port 1/2
Latch : time to last alarm output signal
(range : 1- 300 sec, default : 10 sec)
