OVEN USE
The three oven racks are designed with a safety lock-stop
center of the oven rack. Allow two inchesbetween the edge
position to keep the racks from accidenUy coming
of the utensil(s)andtheoven walls.

For optimum baking results of cakes, cookies or biscuits,
use one rack. Position rack so food is in the center of the
oven. Use either rack position 3 or 2.
3 RACK CONVECTION COOKING

When convection bakingon three racks, select rack
positions 1 (bottom), 3 and 5 (top). For optimum results,

To remove: Besure the rack iscool. Pull the rack straightout
until it stops at the lock-stop position.Tilt the front end of the
rack up and continue pulling the rack out of the oven.
To replace: Place the rack on the rack supportsand tilt the
frontendofthe rackupslightly. Slide itbackuntilitclearsthe
lock-stopposition. L owerthefrontandslidethe rackstraight
in.Pullthe rackoutto the lock-stopposition to be sure itis
