3. IN 1/5 Circuit Board (Time required: about 5 minutes)
3-1 Remove the top cover. (See Procedure 1.)
3-2 Remove the rear assembly. (See Procedure 2.)
3-3 Remove the two (2) screws marked [R310] and then
remove the SP terminal cover. (Fig. 2)
3-4 Remove the one (1) screw marked [R50] , two (2)
screws marked [R60] , four (4) screws marked [R70]
and four (4) screws marked [R75]. The IN 1/5 circuit
board can then be removed. (Fig. 3)
4. IN 4/5 Circuit Board (Time required: about 5 minutes)
4-1 Remove the top cover. (See Procedure 1.)
4-2 Remove the rear assembly. (See Procedure 2.)
4-3 Remove the four (4) screws marked [40a]. The IN 4/5
circuit board can then be removed. (Fig. 1)
5. IN 5/5 Circuit Board (Time required: about 3 minutes)
5-1 Remove the top cover. (See Procedure 1.)
5-2 Remove the two (2) screws marked [R40]. The IN 5/
5 circuit board can then be removed. (Fig. 3)

Front Panel Assembly

(Time required: about 4 minutes)
6-1 Remove the three (3) screws marked [190a] from
the side cover L, three (3) screws marked [190b]
from the side cover R and two (2) screws marked
[200]. The front panel assembly can then be
removed. (Fig. 4)

[R50]: Bonding Tapping Screw-B 3.0X8 MFZN2BL (VN413300)
[R60]: Bind Head Tapping Screw-B 3.0X12 MFZN2BL (VQ074600)
[R70]: Bind Head Tapping Screw-B 2.6X8 MFZN2BL (VB096700)
[R75]: Flat Fillister H. Tapping 3.0X8 MFZN2BL (V9568800)

3-2 リア Ass' y を外します。 (2 項参照)
3-3 [R310]のネジ2本を外し、 ＳＰターミナルカバーを
外します。 (Fig.2)
3-4 [R50]のネジ 1 本と、 [R60]のネジ 2 本、 [R70]のネジ 4
本、 [R75]のネジ 4 本を外し、IN1/5 シートを外しま
す。 (Fig.3)
4. IN 4/5 シート（所要時間：約 5 分）
4-1 トップカバーを外します。 (1 項参照)
4-2 リア Ass' y を外します。 (2 項参照)
4-3 [40a]のネジ 4 本を外し、IN4/5 シートを外します。

5. IN 5/5 シート（所要時間：約 3 分）
5-1 トップカバーを外します。 (1 項参照)
5-2 [R40]のネジ 2 本を外し、IN5/5 シートを外します。
