    If your device has a SOLID Cellular light after 5 minutes - the SYNC process is complete. If not, please POWER CYCLE (Instructions below) to restart SYNC process. Once the SYNC process is complete – log into your Car Connection 2.0 MOIBLE APP or WEBSITE to review location, vehicle and account information.
  • Page 3 Syncing Your Device Syncing your Car Connection 2.0 device is a two step process. First you must plug the device into your OBDII Port. After the installation, start your engine and follow the steps below to Sync your device. If you are having connection issues – make sure your vehicle has a clear view of the sky.
