TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
The fan will not operate.
Fan is on but air coming
out of it is not strong
enough.
No mist is produced.
Mist output is too strong.
Nozzles are leaking or
dropping.

Possible Causes
The unit may be plugged in
using a different voltage
The circuit breaker may be
tripped or there is a blown
fuse.
There is dust built up at the
back of the fan.
There is no water coming
from the hose.
Water supply is too strong.
Fan speed is in high
setting.
The nozzles or the misting
hose valve are clogged.
A Name You Can Trust
Solution
Make sure fan is plugged
into a 120V AC, 60Hz
polarized outlet/receptacle.
Reset the circuit breaker or
check for a broken fuse.
Clean the front and rear
grilles as described under
"Cleaning/Maintenance
Instructions."
Check and make sure
below:
1. The garden hose is
correctly attached to the
misting hose valve and
the spigot.
2. The spigot is turned on.
3. The valve is open .
1. Reduce the water supply
by turning the valve
handle counter
clockwise.
2. Set the fan speed to low
setting.
Clean the clogged nozzles
and misting hose valve as
described under
"Cleaning/Maintenance
Instructions."
