Getting Started
The flowchart (Figure
sequence. Observe the order of the sequence to avoid damage to any of the hardware
components.
Perform the following prior to performing any maintenance procedures:
1. Remove power (A) from the system and peripherals. (Figure 3-2)

2. Remove all cables from system.
3. Place the system on a stable work surface lower cover up.
4. Disable the battery switch by removing screw(s) on rear cover as shown.
