TROUBLESHOOTING

MALFUNCTION
The Appliance does not operate
Strange Odour
Fine Mist Coming out from the Air Outlet
Insufficient Air Flow
The Appliance does not respond to commands
The Display is Off
Switch Off the air conditioner immediately and
cut off the power supply in the event of :
ERROR SIGNALS ON THE DISPLAY
Code Error Description
E1 Room temperature sensor fault
E2 Outdoor coil temperature sensor fault
E3 Indoor coil temperature sensor fault
E4 Indoor fan motor feedback fault

POSSIBLE CAUSES
Power Failure/ Plug pulled out
Indoor Unit/Outdoor Unit Fan motor not working
Fuse got blown up
Loose connection or plug pulled out
It sometimes stops operating to protect the appliance
Voltage higher or Lower than the operating range
Defective PCB
TIMER-ON function active.
Out Door Relay Not working.
Dirty Air Filter
This Occurs when the air in the room becomes very cold, for
example in the "COOLING" or "DRY" modes.
Improper Temperature Setting
Obstructed Air Conditioner intake and Outlet
Dirty Air filter
Fan Speed Set at minimum
Remote Controller is at too much distance
The batteries of remote control got discharged
Obstacle between remote controller and signal receiver in
indoor unit.
Active light function
Power failure
Strange noise during operation
Faulty PCB
Faulty fuse and switches
Spraying water or objects inside the appliance
Overheated cable or plugs
Very strong smell coming from the appliance.
