Congratulations on your purchase of Honeywell's Lyric™ Wi-Fi
Water Leak and Freeze Detector. This sensor keeps an eye on your
home or business, alerting you at the first sign of water leaks or
large changes in temperature or humidity, which can help stop a
leak before it becomes a flood, or alert you to conditions that can
result in frozen pipes.

You should find:
• Honeywell Lyric™ W1 Wi-Fi Water Leak and Freeze Detector
• Three AA alkaline batteries
• Optional cable sensor
• Optional mounting screw
