5.3. FAULT ANALISYS AND SOLUTIONS:
POSSIBLE FAULT
Leakage from the hydraulic system (dw
equipped with turbidity sensor, check if red/black
terminals on the connector are shock-circuited)
Faulty drain pump, wires detached or false
contact, drain tube clogged, faulty timer.
Wires detached, faulty drain pump, timer triac
broken.
Wires disconnected or inverted on the
connector or motor or timer, wash motor with
faulty auxiliary start, timer triac broken
Condenser wires detached, faulty/short-
circuited condenser
Drain tube wrongly positioned, outlet too low.
Strap, filter, micro-filter clogged.
Timer not programmed - Wrong keyboard
Faulty SV.
Water tap off, faulty sv, sv wires detached.
Wires disconnected, faulty sv, timer triac broken.
Wires disconnected on timer/heater, faulty
timer, ITR interrupted
Heater circuit wires disconnected, faulty timer
relay, heater ITR not calibrated.
Replace timer (faulty NTC).
NTC band detached from its housing or not
calibrated.
