9 Troubleshooting Guide
How to reset (factory setup condition)
SC-HTB70
Turn on the power of main set.
Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds.
(Repeat the flashing of all LED twice)
3 Turn off the power.
Main set power ON
Power do not turn on
(The input display LED not lit）
Power input but turn off immediately

The entering method of Service Mode (after turn off the power, you can exit from Service Mode)
Setting main set in power on status.
Press the main set [Volume-] button, then continue press the [SUB -] & [SUB+] of remote control.
(All LEDs will blink four times, followed by all LEDs OFF)

・Check the 8P of [LED]-[Main] & 30P of [HDMI]-[Main] & each FFC connector.
・Check the 6P of [Key Button]-[Main].
・Check the 8P of [LED]-[Main] & 30P of [HDMI]-[Main] & each FFC connector, & 6P of Button wire.
・The both end voltage of [Panel] power switch S6101 is press →0V, release →3.3V
・Check [LED] CN6001(1)→3.3V, CN6001(8)→6V & FFC connector of 8P connection.
・[Switching power module] JW1(5）→3.8V to 5V、[Main] IC2202（4)→3.6V to 3.8V
・Check [Switching power module]-[ACinlet] wire & patterns、solder.
・Check the continuity of [Switching power module] F1.
・Check the IC overcurrent ・overheating ・failure of [Digital Amplifier] → [Digital Amplifier] exchange.
・Check the each power (FAN,DAMP,+12V,+5.6,+3.3,+1.8V)
・[Main] DSP & communication error of the microcomputer → [Main] board exchange.
・[Main], IC of [Digital Amplifier] DAMP & communication error of the microcomputer → [Digital Amplifier] baord exchange.
・[Main] IC of HDMI & communication error of the microcomputer → [Main] board.
・Try once to "On / Off" the power of the connected device. Try to connect or disconnect the HDMI cable.
・Short-open power transformer, electrolytic diode IC · [switching power module].
・(D5701,C5712,IC5701,T5701)
・Short-open power-electrolytic IC diode [switching power module]
・(D5802,C5805,IC5801)
・[LED] IC6001(5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16)) LED：ON→0V, OFF→3.3V
・[LED] IC6001(18)→3.3V
・Check [LED] IC6001（2,3,4）serial signal
・Check [AUX] JK3003(1)→3.3V, output (3) SPDIF waveform.
・Check the [AUX]-[Main] 9P FFC & connector
・Check [AUX] CN3001(7,8,9)
・Check the [AUX]-[Main] 9P FFC & connector
・Check[Main] CN5101, CN5100
・Front Right Line :
- Check [Main] : C5313,C5327,C5310,C5308,C5312,C5315,C5311
- Check PWM waveform [Main] : Q5303(3), Q5304(3)
・Front Left Line :
- Check [Main] : C5413,C5427,C5410,C5408,C5412,C5415,C5411
- Check PWM waveform [Main] : Q5403(3), Q5404(3)
・Subwoofer Line :
- Check [Main] : C5513,C5527,C5510,C5508,C5512,C5515,C5511
- Check PWM waveform [Main] : Q5503(3), Q5504(3)
・Check [Main] : IC2000(86)
・Check [Main] : IC2000(23,25)
・Place subwoofer & other wireless equipment more than 2 meters away from main unit
・Check Main board (Micon/DSP & Digital Amplifier Circuit)--> Main board change
・Check Main board CN2002(1) and IC2203(1)-->3.3V;
・Check L2003 or R2029,R2030
・Check LB2005 and LB2003
・Check USB Switch circuit --> IC2003(10)-->+5V
If all above are OK, replace BT module
