Washing the HePa 13 filter (FC917x series only)
To wash the HEPA 13 filter, follow the instructions below.

Rinse the HEPA 13 filter under a hot slow-running tap (Fig. 42).
Never clean the filter with a brush.

Carefully shake the water from the surface of the filter. Let the filter dry completely for at
least 2 hours before you put it back into the vacuum cleaner.
Note: Cleaning does not restore the original colour of the filter, but does restore its filtration power.
