Troubleshooting

Solution
Check connection.
1. Replace battery, observe correct polarity at insertion.
2. Remove the protective foil from remote control.
increase the volume using the "Volume" button.
increase the volume of the source device.
1. Please check the correct setting of your source device.
"DTS" encoded output formats cannot be reproduced.
2. digital output on the source device not activated (please
refer to device instructions).
3.1. Check the connection of the source device to the
AudioMaster Bt and change the cable where necessary.
3.2. Please check if you have removed the protective caps
from the provided optical cable.
