Setzen Sie das Gerät nicht Tropf- oder Spritzwasser aus. Ist Wasser in das Gerät gelangt, schalten Sie es aus und verständigen Sie den Service. Setzen Sie das Gerät nicht Heizquellen aus, die das Gerät zusätzlich zum normalen Gebrauch erwärmen.

Im Falle dieses Gerätes beträgt die Reichweite bis zu 10 Meter. 6.3 Externe Quellen anschliessen Der BLUSPEAKER TWS XL verfügt neben der Bluetooth-Verbindung auch über einen LINE-IN Audioeingang in Form eines 3,5 mm Klinken-Anschlusses. Dieser ermöglicht es Ihnen auch Audioquellen zu verwenden, die nicht über die Bluetooth-Technologie verfügen.

    6.4 Aufladen des Akkus Der Lautsprecher enthält einen 2200mAh starken Lithium Akku. Schließen Sie zum Aufladen des Akkus das mitgelieferte Netzteil an die Buchse DC-IN an. Verbinden Sie anschließend das Netzteil mit einer Steckdose 100- 240V, 50/60Hz. Die Betriebs-LED signalisiert durch rotes Blinken, dass der Akku geladen wird.

    Bedienung Ein- und Ausschalten des Gerätes > Drücken Sie die Taste Power EIN/AUS, um das Gerät einzuschalten. Es ertönt ein Bestätigungston. Die Betriebs-LED blinkt blau und zeigt so die Suche nach Bluetooth-Geräten in Ihrer Nähe an (Verbindungsmodus). Die blaue LED leuchtet dauerhaft, wenn eine Bluetoothverbindung besteht.

    > Zum Ausschalten halten Sie die Taste Power EIN/AUS für etwa 2 Sekunden gedrückt. Es ertönt ein Bestätigungston. Die Betriebs- LED erlischt daraufhin. 7.2 Die Lautstärke ändern > Um die Lautstärke zu verändern, Drücken Sie die Lautstärke- Tasten am Gerät, bis die Wunschlautstärke erreicht ist.

    7.3 Bluetooth-Geräte koppeln Bevor Sie den BLUSPEAKER TWS XL das erste Mal mit einem anderen Bluetooth- Gerät verwenden können, ist es erforderlich, die beiden Gerät miteinander zu verbinden (koppeln). Da sich die Vorgehensweise von Gerät zu Gerät unterscheiden kann, wird hier die prinzipielle Vorgehensweise geschildert.

    Eine weitere Möglichkeit, den Koppelvorgang zu starten besteht über die NFC-Schnittstelle. Halten Sie ein NFC-fähiges Smartphone oder Tablet an die mit “NFC” bezeichnete Stelle auf der Oberseite des BLUSPEAKER TWS XL. Der Koppelvorgang startet dann automatisch. 7.4 Bluetooth Steuerung > Um die Wiedergabe zu pausieren oder wieder fortzusetzen, drücken Sie kurz die Taste Play/Pause...

    > Um zum vorherigen Titel zu springen, drücken Sie 2 x kurz die Taste Lautstärke - oder benutzen Sie die Tasten an Ihrem Smartphone/Tablet. Nicht alle Geräte lassen sich eventuell über den BLUSPEAKER TWS XL steuern. Verwenden Sie dann die Steuereung Ihrer Musik- App.
  • Page 28 > Um diese Audiogeräte anzuschliessen, verwenden Sie das mitgelieferte Klinken- Anschlusskabel (3,5mm Klinke). > Der BLUSPEAKER TWS XL schaltet bei Anschluß des Klinkenkabels automatisch auf den LINE-IN- Eingang um und die Betriebs LED leuchtet konstant. Zur optimalen Laustärkeeinstellung verwenden Sie sowohl die Lautstärkeregelung des BLUSPEAKER TWS XL, als auch die Ihres Audiogerätes.

    Um wieder in den Bluetooth- Modus zu gelangen, entfernen Sie das Klinkenkabel vom BLUSPEAKER TWS XL. 7.6 TWS Mode Sie können 2 BLUSPEAKER TWS XL zusammen als Stereo-Lautsprecher System verwenden. Diese Funktion nennt man TWS (True Wireless Stereo). Im TWS-Modus fungiert ein BLUESPEAKER TWS als linker Lautsprecher und der andere als rechter Lautsprecher.

    Safety and setting up the Device Please read all the safety instructions carefully and store them for future reference. Always follow all the warnings and instructions in this instruction manual and on the back of the device. Safety instructions Do not open the device under any circumstances.
  • Page 44 In the event of extended transport in the cold and subsequent moving into warm rooms, do not switch on immediately; wait for the temperature to equalise. Do not expose the device to dripping or splashing water. If water has penetrated the device, switch it off and inform the service department.

    6.4 Charging the battery The speaker has a 2200 mAh lithium battery. To charge the battery, connect the supplied mains adapter to the DC-IN socket. Then connect the mains adapter to a 100-240 V, 50/60 Hz power outlet. The power LED flashes red to indicate that the battery is charging.

    Bluetooth devices in your vicinity (connection mode). The blue LED lights up continuously when a Bluetooth connection is established. The blue LED goes out if no Bluetooth connection is established within 15 minutes, and the BLUSPEAKER TWS XL switches itself off.

    7.3 Pairing a Bluetooth device Before you can use the BLUSPEAKER TWS XL with another Bluetooth device for the first time, you will need to connect (pair) the two devices with each other. Since the procedure may differ from one device to another, the basic procedure is described here.
  • Page 58 To connect to a Bluetooth device, proceed as follows: Place the devices you want to use within 1 metre of each other to minimise the risk of connection errors. > Switch on the BLUSPEAKER TWS XL. The power LED now flashes blue.
  • Page 59 A connection has been successfully established. > If you want to use another device with the BLUSPEAKER TWS XL, switch off the Bluetooth function on the device you no longer want, or press and hold the Bluetooth button until you hear a confirmation tone and the LED flashes blue.

This function is called TWS (True Wireless Stereo). In TWS mode, one BLUSPEAKER TWS XL acts as the left speaker and the other as the right speaker.
