    2. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON BLOOD PRESSURE AND ITS MEASUREMENT 2.1 How is hypertension / hypotension developed? The level of blood pressure is regulated in the brain, in the circulatory center and adapted to the current conditions based on feedback involving the nervous system. To adjust the blood pressure, the frequency and the strength of heart contractions and the diameter of blood vessels (the degree of contraction of smooth muscle of blood vessel walls).

    5.5.Time and date settings The device has an integrated clock and displays the date. This permits saving not only the result of blood pressure measurement, but also the exact date and time of taking the reading. After inserting the new batteries, the CLOCK will be set to 12:00 and the DATE to 1-01. You must then set the correct time and date.

    9. SYMBOL INDICATING ARRHYTHMIA Pro Afib pressure monitor is a fully automatic digital device that also analyses pulse rate during blood pressure measurement. If an irregular pulse (arrhythmia) is   detected during measurement, the symbol ( ) is displayed after completion of the measurement (when the measurement results are displayed).

The warranty does not cover damage due to improper handling, accidents, non- compliance with the user manual, or changes made in the device by third parties.
