    In Voice mode, you cannot make a request-to-speak. Note: If the DICENTIS Discussion device is set to Chairperson mode there is no mute button, because the left button is used as a priority button. Find your seat: The touchscreen of the DICENTIS Discussion device with touchscreen shows your name in the bottom balloon.
  • Page 11 The touchscreen of the DICENTIS device with touchscreen will display instructions for identifying yourself. The DICENTIS Discussion device with language selector and the DICENTIS Discussion device with voting will instruct you to identify you by a blinking LED. – Hold your NFC tag close to the left-hand side of the DCNM-DVT, or DCNM-DE as indicated on the touch screen.

    When the speakers list is not erased, the system switches on the microphones of the speakers again. Voice mode: When your DICENTIS Discussion device is in Voice mode, the microphone is always on. Push and hold your microphone request button to temporarily mute the microphone. Find your seat: The touchscreen of the DICENTIS Discussion device with touchscreen shows your name in the bottom balloon.

    | DICENTIS Discussion devices operation DICENTIS Chairperson indication White priority icon and possible-to-speak icon lit: – You can speak immediately by pressing the microphone request button. – You can press the priority button to speak and temporarily switch off the microphones of all participants.

    Voice mode: When your DICENTIS Discussion device is in Voice mode, the microphone is always on. Push and hold your microphone request button to temporarily mute the microphone. In Voice mode, you cannot make a request-to-speak.
