Call Pick-up
In general, those users in the same department belongs to the same call pick-up group. In that case, if a user in the
same group has an incoming call, then the call can be answered by tapping
phone in the group.
Reference
To use the call pick-up feature, a call pick-up group should be first set up.
Setting up a call pick-up group should be consulted with a server administrator.

Adjust the Volume during a Call
During a call(Receiver, headset, speaker phone), you can adjust the volume by tapping

MUTE
If you want to mute the current call, tap
[MUTE] button once more.

HOLD
If you want to hold the current call, tap
once more.

Call Waiting
This feature enables a calling party who is currently making a call to receive another call. To use this feature, the
call waiting feature should be set up on the web UI.
Caution
Even at the call waiting mode, more than 3 calls cannot be waited. The third call will receive a busy signal.
