If the package has suffered rough handling, bumps or damage (visible or concealed), please note it on the bill of lading before accepting the delivery and contact Omcan within 24 hours, so we may initiate a claim with the carrier. A detailed report on the extent of the damage caused to the machine must be filled out within three days, from the delivery date shown in the shipping documents. -

Installation • Use 2 M10 studs long enough to ensure a fixing of at least 15 mm on the machine, with 2 large washers and 2 nuts. INSTALLATION CASE B The bandsaw must be mounted horizontally on a stable, robust and anti-skid base suitable to support its weight (refer to Technical Specifications section). -

Operation 7. Once the operation is finished, position the switch to OFF (Figure 22). IMPORTANT If the bandsaw is in function and an unexpected power failure occur, the machine will stop immediately (Figure 23). When the power returns, the machine will not work even though the switch is in the ON position. To restart, turn the switch to OFF and then to ON (Figure 24). -

Maintenance IMPORTANT: The top wheel can be easily taken off to the motor shaft. Avoid scraping inside the wheel hole, otherwise, the efficient working of the bandsaw may be undermined (Figure 33). 7. Remove the spring and, with two hands, pull off the drive pulley (Figure 34). IMPORTANT: When the bottom pulley doesn’t pull off easily, use the bottom wheel extractor supplied. -
