This elliptical trainer has a user maximum capacity of 380 pounds. This machine should only be used on a level surfaced and is intended for indoor use only.

Note: The Nylon Nut (91) should be locked with proper intensity, neither too tight nor loose. 2. Connect the Hand Pulse Wires (113) from the Handlebars (4 &5) to Hand Pulse Extension Wires (114) from the side of Console Tube (12).

Note: Four Screws (83) had been provided on the back of the Console(115).
