1. Precautions 1) Read all the instructions in this manual and do warm exercises before using this equipment. 2) This elliptical trainer is a home stationary fitness equipment, and also an aerobic training equipment that can help you to develop your cardiovascular function. 3) Please make sure all parts are not damaged and fixed well before use.

5. PULSE RECOVERY: First test your current heart rate and show your heart rate value, press this button to enter into pulse recovery testing. When you are in pulse recovery mode, press this button to exit. OPERATION 1. Turn on the computer Plug in one end of the adaptor to the AC electrical source and connect the other end to the computer.

G. Press START/STOP to begin testing your body fat.(see fig 34) NOTE: 1. During the body fat measurement, place both your palms on the contact pads. The test result are: FAT%, BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate), BMI (Body Mass Index). (see fig 35) fig 35 FAT%: The total body fat in our body measured by percentage.
Remark: During the process of pulse measurement, because of the contact jamming, the measurement value may not be stable when start, then it will return to normal level. The measurement value cannot be regarded as the basis of medical treatment. NOTE: If the computer is also equipped with wireless heart rate measuring via the transmitter belt, the wireless signal detecting is preferred.

6. Assembly Instructions Please follow these assembly instructions step by step to assemble this elliptical; the base end caps, foot cushions and chain cover have been assembled in the factory. 1. Install the Front Stabilizer Attached front stabilizer (2) to the main frame (1) with 2 sets of half-round Allen bolt M8x16 (62), Spring washer Φ8(92) and flat washer Φ8 (86).

a. Attach the left Pedal (49) to the left Pedal support tube (5) with E [ Bolts M8x50 (70), Flat washers Φ8 (86), and Lock nuts M8 (82)]. Do the above same steps to assemble the right Pedal (50) to the right Pedal support tube (6). (See figure 5) b.

7. Install the Handlebar (Right & Left) Attached the left and right handlebar (16&17) to the handlebar support (8&9) with B [hexagonal bolt M8x40 (71), arc washer (69), spring washerΦ8 (92) and nut cap (59) ] ,then tighten as show on figure 9. Note: The bolt must be set into the hexangular hole.

1) Resistance can be adjusted by the computer to increase or decrease the exercise intensity. 2) After a long term use, if finding the turning parts are loose, please tighten the bolts or screws. 8. Maintenance and Treatment 1) Verify that all the bolts and nuts are locked properly and the turning parts should be turned freely without damaged parts.
Warming up and cooling down A successful exercise program consists of a warm-up, aerobic exercise, and a cool-down. Do the entire program at least two and preferably three times a week, resting for a day between workouts. After several months, you can increase your workouts to four or five times per week. Warming up is an important part of your workout, and should begin every session.
