Before Using
Attaching UIM/battery pack
After turning power OFF, close FOMA terminal
and hold it in your hand so that you can properly
attach UIM/battery pack.

Press and slide the back cover
in the arrow direction
by approx. 2 mm to remove

Attaching UIM

Pull the tab of the tray out until it clicks

Hold UIM with the IC side down,
align the corner cut with the tray to

set in, and then push the tray

The UIM (blue) is not available for this FOMA
terminal. If you have the UIM (blue), bring it to a
docomo Shop to replace.

With the label side up, fit
the convex parts to the
concave parts of the
FOMA terminal and insert
in the a direction, then
push in the b direction

Fit the 8 tabs to the notches of the
FOMA terminal and push in the
direction a not forming any
clearance, then slide in the
direction b.
