Electrical connection

Before plugging in, ensure that the voltage and
frequency shown on the rating plate correspond to your
domestic power supply. The appliance must be earthed.
The power supply cable plug is provided with a contact
for this purpose. If the domestic power supply socket is
not earthed, connect the appliance to a separate earth
in compliance with current regulations, consulting a
qualified electrician.
The manufacturer declines all responsibility if the above
safety precautions are not observed. This appliance
complies with the E.E.C. Directives.

Rear spacer

In order to ensure the required space behind the applian-
ces for ventilation, please make sure the rear spacer
bracket is installed before switching on the appliance.
Below is installation sequence for the rear spacer:
1.
Press the spacing bracket on both sides with your
fingers.
2.
Place the bracket between the condenser vertical
bars and within the highlighted areas.

Release finger pressure on the spacer and make
sure it is secure.
Levelling
The appliance should be level in order to eliminate
vibration. To make the appliance level, it should be
upright and both adjusters should be firmly in contact
with the floor. You can also adjust the level by screwing
out the appropriate level adjuster at the front (use your
fingers or a suitable spanner).

Door reversibility

The side at which the door opens can be changed from the
right side (as supplied) to the left side, if the installation
site requires. To begin lay the appliance on its back in
order to gain access to the base, you should rest it on soft
foam packaging or similar material to avoid damaging the
cooling pipes at the rear of the appliance.
1.
Remove 2 screws from the rear and lift the back
part of the top cover, then pull off the whole cover
toward the front of appliance.
2.
Remove the three flange screws, then remove the
top hinge. Lift the door and place it on a padded
surface to prevent scratching it.
3.
Remove both adjustable feet, and remove the
bottom hinge bracket and left foot bracket by
unscrewing the bolts.
