The C-Pen ReaderPen includes mono- and bilingual dictionaries, which suggests it can provide translations. It also supports text-to-speech (TTS) in multiple languages, including English, French, and Spanish. However, the context does not explicitly state whether it reads translations out loud.

The scanning light does not illuminate when I am trying to scan a sentence. This is a new pen and it was working before. The pen is fully charged and I tried resetting it.
