Removing the speakers

Prerequisites

1 Remove the base
2 Remove the battery.
3 Remove the rear
4 Follow the procedure from step 1 to step 8 in
keyboard assembly".
5 Remove the status-light

Procedure

1 Disconnect the speaker cable from the system board.
2 Remove the six screws (M2x3 Big head) that secure the speakers and woofer to
the computer base.
3 Note the routing of the speaker cable and remove the speaker cable from the
routing guides on the computer base.
4 Note the position of the rubber grommets before lifting the speakers.
