The appliance does not produce
any steam.
Accessories do not fit inside the
compartment.
Hanger poles come loose when
I carry the steamer.
Hanger poles are not stable.
GC670: The steamer does not
produce any steam.
Steam comes out at the hose
connection on the steamer.
Hanger poles do not stay in
place and keep falling down.
The stand is too high.
An excessive amount of water
drips out of the steamer head
when the appliance is heating up.
Possible cause
The steamer has not heated up
sufficiently.
The water tank is empty.
Steam has condensed in the
supply hose.
You have placed the accessories
into the compartment in the
wrong order.
The poles have not been fastened
properly.

The appliance is in 'keep warm'
mode.
The steamer hose is not properly
connected to the steamer.
The clips have not been fastened
properly.
You have not adjusted the stand
to a proper height.
The water in the appliance is dirty
or has been left inside too long.
Solution
Let the appliance heat up for approx.
30 seconds.
Refill the water tank.
Lift the steamer head to straighten the supply
hose. This allows any condensation to flow back
into the water tank.
Follow the order shown on page 8. The order is
also shown inside the compartment.

Press the + button to restart steaming.
Switch off the steamer. Wait until the steamer has
cooled down. Unscrew the hose and reconnect
it securely.
Fasten the clips again.
Undo the clips on the poles and adjust the height
of the stand to a comfortable working height.
Remove all water from the water tank and rinse
it with clean water.
