If Cradle and PC is connected with USB cable before install ActiveSync,
PC may not recognize Equipment.
For features of WMDC or ActiveSync, please visit Microsoft homepage for more
details.
If ActiveSync does not work please check followings.
Check USB cable is connected to cradle and PC properly.
Check PDA and its LCD are turned on
Check if [Allow USB connection w ith this desktop com puter]
is checked from ActiveSync program m enuFileConnecting
Option
After checking all those above, try ActiveSync again or try Soft/Hard
reset and ActiveSync.
