4-2-9. When water does not supply at Ice Maker

Advance Checking
1. Water is directly supplied to the Water Valve. So, make sure to cut off the water before doing repairs.
2. There is electricity flowing in the wire. So, take extra care not to get electric shock.
Start
Is the Valve operating
sound heard after the Ice Maker
Test Switch is pressed?
No
Does the voltage at the
MAIN PCB CN90 #5 upon the
operation of the Test Switch rotates
between 5V and 0V?
Yes
High(DC 5V) is
output at MAIN PCB
IC74 #6 ?
Yes
DC 0.7V is output at
MAIN PCB IC74 #11 ?
Yes
The contact at the
Main PCB Relay RY7B is
normal?
Yes
Main PCB is normal.
-- Check the followings
① Check the continuity between the Ice
Water Valve and the Main PCB
② Check the Ice Water Valve connector or
replace the Ice Water Valve
③ Check the Water Line
