Click DHCP as the protocol. Type in all the information that your ISP provides for this
protocol.

After finishing the settings in this page, click Next to see the following page.
Type the name of the host.
Some Cable service providers specify a specific MAC address for
access authentication. In such cases you need to click the Specify a
MAC Address and enter the MAC address in the MAC Address
field.
