SERVICE
Repairing Deep Scratches (bare metal or primer showing):
1. Clean area to be repaired with rubbing alcohol or mineral spirits.
2. Use paint stick with factory-matched colors to fill scratches. Follow directions included on paint stick for use
and for drying.
3. Smooth out surface using an automotive polishing compound. Do not use power buffer.
4. Apply wax to surface.
CHECKING WHEEL LUG NUT TORQUE:
Avoid damage! Over tightening front wheel bolts can result in bearing damage.

1. Tighten wheel lug nuts evenly in proper sequence (1), (2), (3), (4), and (5) until snug.
2. Finish tightening to 90 N·m (65 lb-ft) using a torque wrench.
BATTERY SERVICE:
Battery Removal and Installation:
Always keep battery male connector stored inside the main disconnect cabinet when the battery is
removed from the machine. Failure to do so could result in damage to the connector when the
battery is inserted.
The battery pack includes a quick disconnect female connector (as shown below). Always insert the battery pack
first, then reach inside the main disconnect cabinet and plug the male connector into the battery pack.
