First you will want to select the drive that your Micro SD card is in at the top left
of the window. This will unlock the fields to configure the Micro SD Card.

1- Video Format: Choose between D1 or CIF format. D1 being the higher quality
format, this is recommended unless you are trying to save storage and sacrifice
quality.
2- Video Quality: Adjust the video quality to High, Normal or Low. High is of
course recommended for the best video quality. You can adjust to Normal or Low
to have more space on your SD Card. The higher the quality of video the
more storage space it uses.
3- Video Frame Rate: This gives you a drop down menu to adjust the frame rate.
It is set to highest as a standard at 30 NTSC FPS so that the video is smooth.
Again, this can be adjusted to get the most storage out of your SD Card and
sacrifice some frames.
