Adjustment procedure
Boot up in test mode.
Start the adjustment using TV code on the remote controller
(three-mode remote).
Initial configuration conditions
• Audio output is set normal
• V.Sel causes audio output to switching

• Surround is off
• Frequency is 2MHz

q Transmit infrared ray at the initial condition. Measure the
frequency of TP804 located closed to IC800 L_OUT (pin
9) using frequency counter, and adjust to 2.3MHz±50kHz

wTransmit infrared ray at the initial condition. Measure the
frequency of TP803 located closed to IC800 R_OUT (pin
8) using frequency counter, and adjust to 2.8MHz±50kHz
with VR801.
ePress "Tenkey" on the remote controller and switching to
3MHz mode.
rTransmit infrared ray at the condition of e. Measure the
frequency of TP804 located closed to IC800 L_OUT (pin
9) using frequency counter, and adjust to 3.2MHz±50kHz
with VR803.
t Transmit infrared ray at the initial condition. Measure the
frequency of TP803 located closed to IC800 R_OUT (pin
8) using frequency counter, and adjust to 3.8MHz±50kHz
with VR802.

• Set the switch to "TV" on the remote controller.

Adjustment procedure
q Display luster white 30%~50%.
w Measure waveform using oscilloscope.
e Turn VR100 and adjust to make the amplitude of the wave-
form is at minimum.
(For NTSC signal, use 60Hz or 30Hz component.
For PAL signal, use 50Hz or 25Hz component.)
∗ Make sure that the flicker component level is adjusted
to minimum.
