LIMITED TWO (2) YEARS WARRANTY
All Honeywell evaporative air coolers purchased from Honeyair Australia Pty Ltd. are guaranteed to be
•
free from manufacturing defects, workmanship or parts and carry a (2) year exchange warranty from
the date of first retail purchase thereof.
Wear and tear parts such as filters, cooling pad, wheels, pre-filter nets and other consumable compo-
•
nents are not covered by the provisions of this warranty.
• In the instance where the product has failed, the purchaser shall contact Honeyair Australia (Details
Below) or contact place of purchase for further instructions.
Proof of purchase must be advised at the time of claim. Proof of Purchase must be produced before
•
warranty replacement is carried out. Failure to produce POP will void the obligations of Honeyair
Australia to exchange the product.
If the claim is due to the product failure Honeyair Australia will have the product replaced under warran-
•
ty, and will cover all associated costs.
The benefits of this warranty are that the consumer can purchase this product with the sound knowl-
•
edge; Honeyair Australia supports the quality and reliability. Honeyair Australia accepts all responsibili-
ty for faulty goods. These benefits are in addition to other rights and remedies of the consumer under a
law in relation to the goods or services to which the warranty relates.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You
•
are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reason-
ably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to
be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to major failure.
It is the sole discretion of Honeyair Australia to first observe and evaluate the units sent for exchange

to establish if the defect is covered by the warranty.
