Taking Underwater Pictures (Marine Mode)

In Marine mode, you can use the optional waterproof case to take
underwater pictures that capture the blueness of the sea.
Taking Underwater Still Pictures (Marine Mode)

Press the four-way controller (3) in Capture mode.
The Mode Palette appears.

Use the four-way controller
(2345) to select M (Marine
mode).

Press the OK button.

Press the shutter release button
halfway.
The focus frame on the LCD monitor will
light green when the camera is in focus.

Press the shutter release button.
The picture is taken.
• The only flash modes available are flash on and flash off. Auto
flash and the red-eye reduction function are not available.
• Only single-frame or continuous shooting can be selected for the
Drive mode. Self-timer mode and remote control mode are not
available.
• Only Autofocus or Macro mode can be selected for the focus mode.
