requires repair at an y tim e during the five y e a r
w a rra n ty period:
1. Bring or send (p o s ta g e paid) the d efective
part, a short description of the m alfunction
and you r original purch ase invoice (or, if
mailing the part, e nclo se a
purch ase invoice) to your local H o n e y w e ll

D e p o t. T h e unit will be repaired at
for both parts and labour

2. If you cann ot bring you r unit to a R epair
D e p o t, you can h ave it repaired by a
qualified dealer/co ntractor. P a y th e bill for
the repair services re n dered and then subm it
the invoice along with a cop y of your original
purch ase invoice and a w ritten req uest for
re im b u rsem en t to:

This w a rra n ty is tra n s fe ra b le fro m the original
p u rch aser of the product to a n ew o w n e r for the
