Check all parts are included and lay out all parts on a clean, dry area.

• 2- 4' Sea Eagle self-locking straps (not included with SE9)
• 2 - Scotty Rod Holders
• 2 - Scotty Deck Mounts
• 8 - #6 x 1" screws
* You need a Phillips head screwdriver for the one time only pre-assembly
